Orders are shipped on business days.
Delivery time: 1–3 business days from dispatch.

Returns

We aim to keep the return process simple and hassle-free. You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. The period is counted from the day you receive your order.

How to make a return?

  1. Send us a statement of withdrawal from the contract (by email or in writing).

  2. Return the product within 14 days from submitting the statement to the following address:

Return costs

  • The cost of returning the product is borne by the Customer.

  • We refund the full value of the product and the cost of the cheapest delivery method available in the store.

  • If you chose a more expensive delivery method, the difference is non-refundable.

The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase (unless agreed otherwise).
We have a maximum of 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice, however we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned product.

Condition of the product

You may inspect the product in the same way as you would in a physical store.
However, if it shows signs of use beyond this scope, we may reduce the refunded amount to reflect the loss in value.
