About the farm
Fazenda São Pedro sits at 1,250 MASL where two regions meet: Cerrado Mineiro and Canastra. Cerrado Mineiro was the first region in Brazil to receive a Protected Designation of Origin for specialty coffee. Canastra is home to the Serra da Canastra National Park — known for its biodiversity, abundant natural springs, and high altitudes. The farm draws from both.
Across more than 1,200 hectares, a dozen coffee varieties grow side by side — Arara, Catucaí, Paraíso MGS2, Bourbon, Gesha, and more. Each occupies a different part of the land, matched to its needs. Six natural springs run through the property, and a significant portion of the area is protected as legal reserve and native vegetation.
The farm has been operating since 2019 with Rainforest Alliance, Regenagri, and 4C certifications, and is a member of the Brazil Specialty Coffee Association. The certifications reflect a deliberate approach: production here is designed so that high quality and low environmental impact go hand in hand.
